Can BookYourMat import my data from Glofox?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. There’s no Glofox importer today, so you’d take the by-hand path described on /switch: send whatever export your current platform can produce (usually a CSV of clients and packages), and our team builds your studio while you keep running your current system until the day you flip over. There’s no separate migration fee, and for the first 30 days after your data moves over you can correct a client’s count yourself from Settings → Migration Corrections. /switch covers clients, packages, and remaining balances; it does not promise to move saved cards.

How much does Glofox cost compared to BookYourMat?

Accepted Answer

Glofox doesn’t publish a price list: its pricing page is a quote request form, and its FAQ says plans start “as low as $99USD/month per location” for eligible studios, with final pricing depending on your business needs, selected plan, and available offers. That pricing “excludes standard payment processing fees,” and optional add-ons such as advanced communications or branding can be layered on. BookYourMat is $99/mo for one instructor and $149/mo flat for two or more, with SMS included.

Does Glofox lock you into a contract?

Glofox offers monthly or annual terms. Its Terms of Service (effective March 1, 2023) say an agreement automatically renews for the renewal term in your Order Form unless you give 30-day written notice before the term ends, and that fees are “non-cancelable and non-refundable” except as the Terms set out. If no term is described in your Order Form, the agreement is month-to-month, terminable with 30-day written notice. BookYourMat is month-to-month.

Does Glofox have an AI receptionist?

Glofox’s site promotes ABC AI Agents, powered by Replify, which answer calls, texts, email, and chat and hand off to staff; that page says the agents share data with Glofox and lists no price. BookYourMat’s Becky reads an actual SMS thread, checks your real calendar and packages, and books the class; by default she drafts and waits for your approval.

What do Glofox’s terms say about getting your data out?

Glofox’s Terms of Service (effective March 1, 2023, section 8.4) say that after termination Glofox will use reasonable efforts to deliver your data within 60 days, through its standard off-boarding process and file format, and has no obligation to return it until outstanding fees are paid, “including, without limitation, payment of our then-current off-boarding fee.” After that 60-day period it has no obligation to keep your data. The fee amount isn’t published, so ask Glofox, and plan your export before your term ends.
