Who does the work

You send your client list and current setup. We build the studio in your account and tell you when it’s ready to review — there’s no self-serve import wizard to figure out on your own.
The corrections tool
If something looks off, you fix it — no ticket.
Every migrated studio gets a Migration Corrections screen in Settings. If a client’s session count or package balance came across wrong, you correct it yourself — point at the client, say what the count should actually be, and it reconciles the history for you.
That window is open for the first 30 days after your data moves over, while your memory of the old system is still the most reliable source of truth. After that, BookYourMat is the record, and fixes happen the normal way — at the appointment level, same as any studio that started here from day one.
