Drop-in is your highest price per class, bigger packs get a better rate, the membership is the best rate for regulars, and your intro offer is the cheapest way to start.

Their intro offers plus what the new members pay over 8 months.
The intro discount is covered if at least 1 in 39 intro buyers becomes a member.
Your 30% clears the 2.5% needed.
A simplification: gross revenue before costs like instructor pay, rent and card fees, counting members who joined from the intro offer at full price. Every figure comes from the numbers you entered.

How to use the calculator
Start with your drop-in price. It is the yardstick: every other option is measured against what the same classes would cost one at a time. Then add your class packs (how many classes, what they cost), your membership (a set number of classes a month, unlimited, or none) and your intro offer.
The price ladder shows what each option costs per class and how much it saves against drop-in. The checks underneath flag any step that contradicts another, such as a bigger pack that costs more per class than a smaller one, each with a one-line fix. When nothing contradicts, you get a green light and a summary of what was checked.
The intro offer funnel is optional. Add how many intro offers you sell in a month, how many of those buyers go on to become members, and how long members stay, and the calculator works out what the intro offer brings in. When you are done, copy the price list as plain text, or print the results and save them as a PDF.
What a sane price ladder looks like
A price ladder works when every step up in commitment gets a lower price per class. Clients should never be able to save money by buying the less committed option. In practice that means four rungs:
- Drop-in: the highest price per class. It buys complete flexibility, and it is the number everything else is compared against.
- Class packs: cheaper per class than drop-in, and bigger packs cheaper per class than smaller ones. If your 10-class pack costs more per class than your 5-class pack, people buy the small one twice.
- Membership: usually the best rate, for the regulars who come every week. If it costs more per class than your biggest pack, make sure something else, like convenience or perks, justifies it.
- Intro offer: the lowest-barrier way in. Limited in time, one per person, and priced so trying the studio feels like a small decision.
How far apart the rungs sit is a judgment call, and there is no universal right percentage. What matters is that the order holds. For the reasoning behind each rung, read how to price Pilates classes, packages and memberships.
How to read the intro offer economics
An intro offer costs you something: the gap between its price and what the same classes cost at drop-in. The calculator calls that the discount per intro buyer. It is paid back when some of those buyers become members, because each member pays the membership price for as long as they stay.
The break-even line puts that in one sentence. Say your intro discount is $50 and a member is worth $1,000 over their stay: the discount is covered once 1 in 20 intro buyers becomes a member. Everyone beyond that is revenue the intro offer earned.
The conversion rate in the example is a placeholder, not an industry benchmark. Use your own: count the people who bought your intro offer over the last few months, and how many of them went on to buy a pack or a membership. If you do not track it yet, start with a careful guess. Small changes here move the answer more than anything else.
Keep the simplification in mind: these are gross revenue figures, before instructor pay, rent and card fees, and they assume new members pay full price. They tell you whether an offer can pay for itself, not what you will take home. For ways to lift the conversion rate itself, read intro offers that convert new Pilates clients.
What to do next
Fix one thing at a time, starting with the checks marked as fixes. Changing one price often clears two checks, so look at the ladder again after each change.
Then use the same prices everywhere. Copy the price list into your website, your booking page and your saved replies, and put your intro offer on a page people can open from Instagram or a text with the free schedule page maker. Still planning the studio? The breakdown of what it costs to start a Pilates studio covers the costs your prices have to carry.

Questions studio owners ask
There is no universal number. Each pack should cost less per class than drop-in, and each bigger pack less per class than the smaller ones, so buying more always pays. How big the steps are depends on your costs, your market and how hard you want to push commitment. The calculator shows every option’s saving against drop-in so you can see the steps side by side.
