About BookYourMat

Built to solve one specific, unglamorous problem: matching off-platform payments to class packages for a real studio.

BookYourMat is built by Amir Fish. The starting problem wasn’t scheduling — most software handles a calendar fine. It was reconciliation: a studio’s clients paying through Venmo, Zelle, cash, and card, with no system that could look at an incoming payment and know which client and which package it belonged to.

That problem is still the core of the product. One studio Amir works with directly has had roughly $60,000 in Venmo and Zelle payments auto-matched to client records by BookYourMat — the same matching engine every studio on the platform uses today.

What we’re building toward

Small Pilates, yoga, and fitness studios are usually run by one or two people who are also teaching. The software they use shouldn’t add a second job. That’s the design constraint behind Becky, the AI receptionist that answers client texts over SMS, and behind everything else in the product: fewer screens, less manual reconciliation, and a system built around how small studios actually get paid.

How to reach us

The best way to see whether BookYourMat fits your studio is to look at it running against your own schedule. That’s what a demo is for — no generic script, your real classes and packages.
