What a good schedule page does
Someone finds your studio on Instagram or Google and wants two answers fast: when are classes, and how do I try one. A schedule page answers both on one screen, without a login, a PDF or a story highlight they have to tap through.
Lead with the intro offer, list the week by day with times and teachers, and give one way to book. Every extra choice is a reason to put it off.
Where to put your link
Instagram bio. It is the link people tap from every post and reel. Google Business Profile. Add it as your website or booking link so searchers see the week. Text and email replies. When someone asks “when are your classes?”, paste the link instead of typing the week out.
Print it too: the page prints cleanly for a front desk or a community board.
Writing an intro offer people act on
Say exactly what someone gets and what it costs (“3 classes for $49” beats “intro special”), who it is for, and how long they have to use it. Not sure what to charge? Check your numbers with the pricing calculator first.
When a schedule page is not enough
A page tells people when to come. It does not hold their spot, take payment, sell class packs or remind them the night before. When you are doing that by hand over text, that is the job booking software does. See how studio software compares.
